hi everyone great site loads of info but i need a bit of help

1 y dose everyone one run the afm after the turbo and not befor how can a standerd afm read boost ?

2 rate rasing fuel pressure regulator is that like a normal Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator or is it something else

3 i have a set of 19lb ford mustang injectors which i used on my e30 325 m20 do u think they would work on a 319is turbo i wil be runing a t25 from a 200sx and only want to run about 7psi to start with

#1. I have no idea, It just works for me. My wideband reads afr's and corrects from there.

#2. From my understanding, A rising rate is installed in the fuel return line after the stock fpr to modify fuel pressure by closing or restricting the fuel return under boost. An adjustable is installed in place of your stock unit

#3. 19lb injectors are stock, at least for the m42 and I believe for the m44 as well. I did not try to run my mustang injectors cause I knew bigger ones work for sure. So I would just play it safe and get some bigger ones like 22's,  24's, or even 30's  incase the mustang injectors fail.

19s will not work at 7psi.

The afm should actually go in front of the turbo but most people don't feel like lengthening the harness to move it and since you're just upping the fuel pressure it doesn't matter if the afm can read pressurized air or not.

Ok thanks also has anyone used a apexi safc 2 piggyback ecu on a turbo m44 as I have one and think it mite be helpfull

So far I have worked on the car this weekend and taken out the old m40 engine fitted a low milage m44 i have put a 200sx t25 on done all the oil feeds and it is all wired in all I have left to do is plumb in an intercooler and get some gaskets for the exharst as I am runing an e30 m3 after Market exharst bits are hard to get I will add pics soon

And with the 19lb injectors I have been looking into it and have been told they are 19lb at a low psi like 32 but a 318is about 52 psi I think so they should run more like 22lb I think can anyone help or am I being really thick
thanks

bmw 328 injectors are 22Lbs. They are what i am going to be running on my 318IS E36 turbo build. I will be running 8psi through a T3 and an obx manifold. I will be running my airflow meter before the turbo
