The E30 has around 470hp and its N/A AND its road legal here in Finland where regulation is very strict when it comes to modifications allowed.

Other is pure race car, made out of 850

man that thing is fast. I love watching the fire coming from the tail pipe. No cats on that I bet.

I saw that a few weeks ago.
One of the coolest videos ive seen, those guys are just working it.
Must be a blast.
It does say the e30 m3 has an s38 on the beginning of the video though. Id put money on it being turboed as well
Those motors are good for 1000whp with a good turbo setup

No turbo, just NA. I have seen the car in person and it races often. And on top of that, it is really road legal! :)

That M3 was build during the time it was possible to install such a engine. It's not legal here any longer to install  that kind of engine to E30 bodied M3
