light wieght flywheel

im new to the forum lol i have a 90 318is. i just bought a 9 pound flywheel and i wanted to know a few things...
1. who has one and what do u think
2. to they need a spacer
3. what torque is require for the bolts
4. i want an after market clutch what brands are good
