Need Help with Starting Problem

I just finished putting my head back on my car because it had over heated and warped... Everything is on correctly but i get no spark on my spark plugs and my Fuel Pump is not turning on... The crank posistion sensor is reading 400ohms.. Also when we put the Intake manifold back on we Pinched the Fuel Injector wires and we had to rewire them, but before we found that we saw smoke come from those wires very little of it would that cause anything?
