This link was discovered and found by M42 Member "nomad". It has such valuable & detailed tech info in it about the E30 M42 and E36 M42, that it needed to be posted here:

Once you go into the above link, you'll notice to the left in the "Menu", there is MUCH MORE info and it is separated by E30 & E36.

This site rules! We have sodium filled valves. The site is hit or miss. Its up 50% of the time I visit it. Again great info I've read it all at least twice

You should post more then, the number of 'in-the-know' people around here is dwindling.
