Maybe the starter solenoid isn't disengaging the starter motor?

It does sound like that kind of, like when you try and start your car when it's already started. What causes that though?

So the starter I put in was not for my car :/ I bought a brand new one at autozone and the car now runs fine. Sweet!

Anyone know how to clear the code to use the radio?

Same shit as the beginning happened again today, haven't been able to dig into the car yet, fuck.
