After installing "tuning" camshafts

Hey! Sorry my bad and short english but hope you undrerstand me.
I installed shrick copy camshafts and chip to them to my e36 is and now i got few problems.

1. Idle sail very much around 500rpm-1500rpm. On drive car pull very well. Only maybe litlle shake on small rpms.

2. There is something high and loud grind sound somewhere in my motor especially around 2500rpm. What it could be?

There is video on that sound. After 20sec sound hear obviously.
