I have no experiance with the dry sump pan, but for that price does it come with all oil lines and what needs to be done to the oil pick up? Should work great for ground clearance!
Those TB's are not that expensive in my opinion, but does it include fuel rail and all linkage for the throttle cable because that can be quite costly as well..
