Hi all,,
this is my first post.. I'm in need of some help. Engine won't start. It cranks ok but seemes like ignition timing has gotten way of...
The car was just fine and this happened over night or during start the following morning. My guess is the cam location sensor or the crankshaft sensor.. How do i rule out which one that is faulty? Could possibly be the ecu but I refuse to believe so yet...
The sensors are easily visible but where ate the plug connectors at. Goes in under the intake and disappears-... Do i have to remove the inakte manifold to disconnect the plugs?
I get no response on the revcounter when cranking... Dont know if that is a clue...
I measured the impedience of both the cam and crank sensor. 520 Ohms (550 Ohms stated) / 1250 Ohms (1400 stated)....
They do give a small voltage change during cranking measured with a simple multimeter....
Fuel pumps starts when cranking i belive since spark plugs get moist..
Thanks in advance!
