m20 325i downpie and centre section on an "is"

Hey guys,  If I were to use the remus  4 into 2 stainless manifold followed by a stainless m20 dual downpipes and dual pipe centre section leading to a decent backbox would i loose or gain power from my "is" ?

You may gain a couple horses if your lucky but honestly you would be better off getting just a high flow cat and a nice muffler. Our factory "header" is the nicest exhaust manifold I've ever seen come on any older car.

so, i definately wouldnt loose power then?  Also could i use the standard manifold with a 1 into 2 pipe and use my stainless centre section?
