the s50b30 and b32 throttle bodies are different, and both obviously need a lot of work to fit an m42. i think in my members bit there's some stuff on my itbs. the vacuum rail, fuel rail etc needed modding, throttle linkage chopping, flatting and re-tapping, the bodies themselves needed machining to mate up to our head and a few other smaller odds and sods
I'll dig out some pics of the bodies without the plenum on later.
the good news is there's no bubbling on the plenum after spending the night at high temps. need to tidy up some parts of it and properly prep it for painting. im thinking of having it gloss black again, not sure if i want any transfers on top, mb a silver 'BMW M Power' logo, although i'm not sure. any suggestions appreciated!
i'll work on getting some audio once everything's sorted properly!
