Specs of Getrag 225 gearbox

I bought an E36 318IS a few months ago and found out that the gearbox is a Getrag 225 5spd manual (previous owner told me he replaced the gearbox).

Unfortunately, I could not find any info about this gearbox. Is anyone using this gearbox? If so, do I need to replace it with another model if I am going to install a supecharger? I was planning to run around 8-10PSI of boost and afraid the gearbox may not be able to handle the extra power and fall apart.

I'm pretty sure that most of the M42's came with a Getrag 240, so yours may be an after-market mod. Sorry but I don't know how much power it can take.
