Ticking sound on start-up

I am getting a ticking sound on start-up that is intermittent.  Somtimes it goes away within seconds.  Sometimes after about 3 minutes.  It has been colder down here.  The tensioner is only about 5 months and the whole timing case etc has been reworked at the same time.

What the is it?
