My friend is giving me his custom exhaust he had made for his 318is. It is a full header back unit with free flow cat and all taht good stuff. Now.. the problem is transportation, i was thinking of wrapping it up and sticking one end at the back left corner and out throough the passanger window. But then i thought about it andd it seems like a bad idea.
Then it came to me that i could just install it right there, he has a lift. I mean im pretty sure theres no welding involved, except hangers. Theres 3 bolts that bolt the exhaust to teh header right? Then i could use some rope and zip ties (but they can melt) Just somethign to get me back home and take it to an exhaust shop so they can secure it proper.
What you guys think???
