I would put a request for a good used cylinder head in the WTB/WTT section.

It technically could be fixed. You'd have to find a good machine shop with a good aluminum TIG welder. That may cost more than buying a used one.

....looks like someone didnt use cheveron, after all the work to remove and install that head....i would get a new one (or least a used one in good condition).
