i would like to know some things , if anyone has an answer please help me...

1) the m42 engine has auto idle... the idle valve is connected , from the plennum to the valve and from the valve to the intake hose and down to the intake butterfly. when you go turbo , i guess you must cancel the hose that goes down  directly to the butterfly ( so the pressure when you close the butterfly does not find a way to go into the intake ) , but you can not cancel the electrovalve because then it will not take air into the intake when you do not accelerate and it will not idle.. where does this connection go ? it still goes to the main intake hose ? , will it lose pressure from there ? how does this electrovavle works ?

2) i have seen many turbo setups on m42 engines and i am confused.. i have seen setups that put the afm in front of the turbo , and i have seen setups that have the afm before the butterfly... where will it work better ?

if it is before the turbo , then with a light turbo spin it will fully open and it will not work right.. if it is after the turbo and before the intake , it will also do the same think , but i think it will need more pressure to make it fully open , because of the distance between. i do not know....i am comfused...
