Baby got NEW shoes!
« on: March 08, 2007, 01:12:35 PM »
Hey!  Finally decided on Plan C since Plan A rims would cost more that the car.  I got the Borbet Type H 15x7 with 25ET.  Threw on a set of Mich and lovin' it.  Can't wait for the ride home.  Nevermind, I just remembered its I-4 bumper to bumper.

Let me know what you guys think.

Very nice. Notice you had some suspension work done as well. What's next?

Thanks!  Your car looks amazing!

Whew, next!  Seems like the list is long.  I do want the iS side skirts and a nice rear apron.  I have been thinking about Downing Atkanta SC.  Want the Billy Boat exhaust.

After a couple of cosmetic things I will concentrate on performance and braking.  I have to have a part time job to keep up with this project.

I did get the M LTW flag and will be dyeing the carpet this Saturday.  Our car show is next weekend.  Missed out on a set of used Recaros.  Its fun but the cost can get way out there.

Looking good man, I wish my wheels were so easy to clean. The stance is perfect, the wheels fill the wells very nicely, awesome!

That's what I have for summer rims =]   Good choice!  Even though they came with the car when I bought them heh.  Very easy to clean and they have a classic look imo.

Thanks guys.  I like the stance too.  The ease of cleaning is great. Yeah, I get mixed reviews on the banner.  I have a wink mirror and no visors. The FL sun is pretty bright early am and late pm.  Without that banner I would have burned retinas.  Later I plan to get a balck one or dark tint the inside.

Limo tint strip on the inside, that way you can see stoplights without ducking your head. ;)

Otherwise looking good. I have a chance to almost copy you but I won't. They are a good price though...

There you are.  Pretty easy to clean, LOL!  The posting was deleted.  What were they?  BTW, I would copy you in a heartbeat!

The guy was selling the same rims as you for $175. I think that might've been the deal of the year. I was really tempted to get them if he didn't live an hour away and if I didn't have 3 sets of wheels already. ;)
