Looking for various torque specs

Bentley manual does not even reference crankshaft outside of setting the timing.
I am replacing the thrust bearings with the m50 offerings and I cannot find consistent torque specs for the main bearing cap bolts. It's driving me crazy. Every link/reference is a different number.
I need a lot of specs as I go through the rebuild and the Bentley manual covers a good 30% at best.
Is this accurate?

I note they say to replace the bolts, but I have not seen that yet in other sheets.
