Hello everybody, Im new in M42 Club. My ride is 91 318i. Im in need of your assistance, Today there was a problem occurs with my e30. When I start it up and gas it, it felt losing power and felt sluggish, when I parked it and I smell gas comin out of the muffler. Any inputs would be appreciate.  :-\

Check the oil for any coolant. Consider pulling the spark plugs to see if they look OK (tan or light brown & dry is good; black and wet is bad). The smell of gas in the exhaust is typical of a misfiring plug or stuck injector.

I'd also do a stomp test to pull codes from the car.
