Where are you Barry from midnight tuning?

Has anybody heard from or know what happened to Barry from midnight tuning? I have sent him a couple messages but got no response. I also tried the midnight-tuning.com website and it is shut down as well as all of the links. I am very interested in his tunable chip and software for the m42.. I hope he is well and still making awesome products!!!
