Shutter, I guess I misunderstood your post too. I thought you meant you wanted to just replace your existing basic obc and not upgrade it to the full obc.

Thanks for scanning that, and German engineers are weird!  The very last sentence of that section pretty much explains what I heard, over and over again.

I was talking about just keeping the standard OBC to avoid doing a messy dash job like your other post!  I read somewhere that if you clean the lcd ribbon connector, it can stop the Predator countdown of doom.  At least for a little while =]

I tried that without success but maybe you will have better luck.
