I was thinking into another e34...for all that is holy, not into an e30 or e36!

My first thought was to upgrade a plainer e34.  But then I got to thinking...this would rule the earth in a 6-series chassis.  It'd require a good bit of work, but what e24 doesn't?  Or how about a 6-speed E31?  Maybe a one-off 750iLM?  How many near worthless M70s are out there with bad slushboxes?
