Shipping status: Did not arrive - no tracking number provided

Paid 63 bones through paypal on 4/24 ... it has now been over 30 days with PM communication with seller promising wheel was shipped, tracking info, and refund.  Still no wheel and no refund.

Have requested a refund via PM and dispute filed with paypal.

Would I buy from again?: NO, BUYERS BEWARE!
