i got this leaking part here i have no clue what it is. maybe someone can help me.

Looks like oil or a leak detection dye for the AC system. That's the drain for the AC evaporator.

If you have leaking coolant, you heater core might be lealing on to the evap, when then goes down the drain. Do you have to keep adding coolant to the car?

well at this time im in the process of doing a coolant flush, so i couldnt tell you exactly. on tuesday is my day off from school i'll be able to give you guys more details and help me fix this issue!
