whats the best way to remove the door trim? from inside the door behind the door panel or to try and pry it off leaving the tabs in place?

There is a plastic nut on the inside lip of the door -- don't forget to remove that.  I'd just pry off the molding.  you could go from inside as well and push the pins out on all the clips, but imo that is needless extra work.

Yeah, open the door and remove the plastic nut on the end of the tirm, then pry off from the outside.  They'll break if they're brittle, but you might get lucky ( I did ) and have no broken clips.  Otherwise I'm pretty sure the clips are very affordable from dealership or wherever - PN 51131829904

I am asking in reference to the pieces that are on the front fender and the rear panel as well. Do they just pull off as well? Are there any tricks to getting these pieces off?
