If you do find that you over-torque one, but don't completely strip it, you can do one of two things: 1) get a bolt that's about 5mm longer as the stock bolts don't bite all of the thread in the upper pan. 2) depending on which one you strip, some you can just get a longer bolt, say 10mm longer, and then put a nut on it from the top to tighten it down.
