Cylinder head bolt thread spec?

I've done the mandatory search and I can't find it the info so here goes:

Are head bolts M10x1.50 or M10x1.25 or what? Realoem only says TORX which isn't helpful at all.

I'm asking because I'd like to chase the threads prior to installing new bolts and in case I strip the threads, I can get the right timesert kit.

EDIT (again):

ECSTuning.com has it wrong. Upon closer inspection, seems M12x1.5x110 is for a VW Passat B5.

I think it's M10x1.50 now because of http://www.timesert.com/html/bmw.html
