I have (around*) a 282 intake, 272 exhaust, with a ton of overlap (don't quote me on this)...
i have yet to dyno the car, but really, butt-dyno wise... the cams shift the power more than increase it (net-net).
the real deal is to combine the camming with a raised rev limit to squeeze more power out of each gear change ...for our 4-cyl cars, that's kind of the trick.
