Thumbs up to Mike at BMW Store Cincy in Parts Dept
« on: October 06, 2009, 12:50:04 PM »
When I have time to hunt down the best deal I try to take advantage of forum guys to keep my money in the family so to speak, but some times I just can't wait. Those are the times I go to the dealer.

I don't know about you guys, but most of the times I contact a dealer parts person with a question, I feel like I'm really putting the guy out just to do his job.

Mike (don't know his last name) at the BMW store in Cincinnati is the exact opposite. Any time I have called and gotten him he has made me feel like a valued customer even though I am usually just getting a few inexpensive items like nuts, studs, brackets etc...

If you are in the Cincy area and need parts you can't wait for, call mike for fast, freindly and respectful service. The way it should be.

Nice Ramblin!  Good to hear as most dealerships just don't seem to be that friendly anymore to the walk in customer.  My one exception locally is Seattle BMW, most of the folks at the parts department are always willing to work with me looking up the smallest little part.  I attribute this to Dave, the department manager, and his management style.
