Usually when you get all of those lights on at once it's an indication of low battery voltage(fault in charging system).Low voltage causes guages and ecu's to do funny things.

the bosch number for the oe fit o2 sen sor is 13 109, if you use a universal make sure you seal the connections VERY well!

wheel offset is measured in mm, so et0 would be the mounting face for the wheel is in the center of the rim. Et 40 would mean the mounting face of the wheel is 40mm out from center thus moving the wheel in.Et 0 would look cool, usually the less offset the more dish and aggressive look! google offset, there are a few calculators online to figure this stuff out.

could be a problem with a/c pressure switch on the reciever/drier, this also plays a role in condenser fan operation.
