For Sale / 86mm S50 Forged CP Pistons X 4
« on: July 28, 2015, 05:48:18 PM »
I've got 4 8.5 to 1 CP pistons I bought off Bimmerforums a few years ago

They have been sitting in a box in my garage so the rods have some surface rust on them
They came out of an s50 unknown mileage, they have so scores on the skirts and only one small flaw

^
that came from them getting moved around in the box
Honestly they looked much better before they sat for 5 years they were like new

$200 shipped

Email to contact is best- Hunter41089@netscape.net

For Sale / Intake Manifolds and Injectors
« on: July 08, 2015, 07:13:12 AM »
Ive got a set of Intake manifolds and injectors off my 318is.
They have been sitting for a few years but the injectors maybe have 5000miles on them since new in 2008(paid $212) but swapped another motor in my car at some point shortly after

They have been glass beaded and painted and the lower manifold was smoothed out
$120 shipped

For $150 ill include a new Phenolic Fiberboard intake manifold spacer which reduces intake temps a bit

Ill also be listing a Set of 4 s50 CP 8.5 forged pistons with oem rods, a bare block with main caps, a head with just valves and springs once I take some pictures
Clearing out my m42 stuff as my car now has a NVm50

Get me on my email because I don't check here often

Good luck with the manifold

Did you bevel the ends where the pipes fit up to each other?

What size is the hot side?
Im rebuilding a externally gated 12cm HX35 for my car
Split pulse manifold and 44mm tial WG, 50mm BOV

split pulse with the 4 banger is the key.
Use the pulses to your advantage.

its an e28 spoiler off a 535is the e24(6 series) fits aswell.
I only paid $150 shipped for it
They stick over the decklid a little more and are ribbed on the rubber.
I like it better than the tech1

Brakes are just the Massive sport kit
I LOVE THEM

Ive been putting a timing belt and new bumper on my Audi so its taking the white cars spot.
It had to sit in the snow the last 2 days

I need to do some rust work on the back(entire new rear body panel),
just put on the e28 spoiler the other night. I think I might pick up some drop hats
to hold me over until I get coils. Sport spings are weak

Swaps, Turbos, Buildups / Turbo weight
« on: January 22, 2010, 06:29:39 PM »
Weight is a bit of a concern.

I'll be using an HX35(big heavy deisel turbo), 304ss manifold(not the lightest), 44mm wastegate, Thats really most of the weight maybe 50-60lbs. loosing the mechanical fan, A/C, and other junk will make up for the intercooler and piping weight.

Ive been looking into a fuel cell as well.
Get that gas a little more over the rear wheels and use a big battery.
That should even it out.
