When installing lower timing chain housing does factory recommend using any sealant? Particularly on water jacket area? Advice or recommendations appreciated. GS

Got a '91 E30 w/M42 that exploded an oil pump. Need a good lower timing chain housing with good oil pump. Any help or leads appreciated. North Eastern Oklahoma. GAS
