I think it might be the windshield. It does look pitted in certain conditions. I might get a new one installed and see how it does.

I have a stock airbag steering wheel with the airbag for sale. The wheel is in great condition and the airbag is good. Not sure if there is much demand for these so I thought I would just post it up and see.

Get Togethers / Nashville Get Together and Ride

I am wanting to try to set up a get together and ride in the Nashville area. Hoping to o this in the next month or so. I am open to ideas, but i was thinking of the following:
Saturday:
1. Meet around 7:30am at a Dunkin Donuts. Earlier is better for less traffic.
2. Begin 2-3 hour ride. I will put together a route.
3. Stop and do some photo's along the way.
4. Lunch
5. Back to wives in time for chores and dinner.
Saturday:

My wife and I have both noticed that the glare from oncoming traffics headlights is really bad when in my e30. I figured it was because we were so low. Anyone else notice this? Are there Any type of glasses that would help?

Yeah I plan to keep it mostly stock. I do have my new fog lights in as of today, and I bought a Sport Steering Wheel(vert) that should be in next week. I might add a chip at some point as well. Yes, lower pan will be removed on my next oil change.

Interior / Dash Crack!!

I'm on the look out for a dash myself. Mine has 3 cracks and while it doesn't really bother me, I want to make this car as nice as possible.

I thought I would finally introduce myself. My name is Matt and I am located in Nashville, TN. I have owned quite a few different cars in the last several years. I have just always felt like every car/truck was missing something.
I owned an E34 at one point. It was a 95 525I. While it was immaculate, it was an auto and not very fun. I got my wife a 92 E36 once. It was a 4 door 325I and an Auto. Fun to drive, but the interior would fall apart just looking at it.
That leads me to the E30. I have always wanted one, but was never patient enough to wait for the right one. Most of the ones I have seen locally are ragged out. I finally ran into this beauty while searching for my next vehicle. After test driving it I immediately fell in love. It is a 1991 318IS.
I have done the following since I have owned it:
-Volvo Lip
-Polished and waxed the paint. It was dull and had zero shine when I got it.
-Replaced a ball joint.
-New brake pads on all four corners
-Changed the oil
-Added Ultimate cup holders
-Added Keyless Entry. Cost me $22 at Pepboys
- Set of new Uniroyal tires. They are a touring tire and actually seem to handle and ride really nice. 14" tires are so cheap!
- Installed a Yakima Roof Rack.
- Repainted the front and rear lower valences.
- Installed heavy duty rubber floor mats.
- Installed a CD player with a Ipod hook up.
- Fog lights are on order.
- Repaired the interior lights so they come on when you open the doors.
On to the pictures:
