I have 1 but it doesn't have the plastic cover over the bearing, still runs smooth though - $20 shipped
You can use M42 starter just replace M42 FREE WHEEL PINION to Bosch p/n 100 620 9618 and it will be solvedOne guy discovered that simple swap in Lithuania

Ahh, here we go...
does the mishimoto have a bleed screw? that would make it less messy
you fill the system slowly to the top, then start car with bleeder open. air should make its way out and when coolant only comes out of the bleeder you should be ok. do this with the heater on. If you do not have a bleeder it will be more difficult, you will probably have to take the top hose off the rad and stick it back on when air stops coming out...messy, like I said. Having the car on a slope or ramps with the front elevated usually helps

Single mass m20 flywheels can can be different, but all difference is in the weight and some should be moded to fit on m42 and the problem is the clearance between flywheel and engine. The problem can be in the clutch if it is for double mass flywheel but if it is right there sould not be any problems. If the clutch is for double mass flywheel I think you will not be able to tighgen the clutch screws because they will be to short.
