You better look up the numbers before you start talking about weight.

I believe what he means is that the car will lose its great (almost 50-50) weight ballance, not that it will lack performance

mine is stock height too, but I ve been told my ride is lowered comparing it with other E30s was there an option by BMW for lower springs, like M pack or something?

First of all I own the car the last 6 months, done obout 30.000Kms with it.
I just passed the 200.000Kms last week, the car has changed shocks once and the previous owner had put the OEM shocks again, so I couldnt tell I know much about it, in my previous car I used monroe sensa-trac but in this one have no idea what to use, u saw the thread I suppose:p

They came with the car actually so I didnt pay any money for them, but I m paying money forem for as long as I use them cause of the raise in consumption,
I really like the looks though:p so I m not planning of getting rid of them soon

i just cleaned my car and had a new net connection, so I thought of an update. My baby looks clean and fresh, and every single day I find myself to be more in love with her...:rolleyes:

I m about to change my shock absorbers, I want to know what brand is the original brand and if s/one knows the part number, another question is what is the paret number for bilsteins HD cause I cant find something like that in europe, they only sell bilstein sports which as far as i know are too stiff and I wouldnt like to change the stiffness of my ride, are the HDs lowering the ride?does anyone know the part number for these? I was also told that I should change my silent blocks, is it better to use urethane or just try to find the m3 part regarding I dont want the stiffness to change, thanks in advance guys, if there is another thread about that please delete thin one thanks again

Nothing important about mods, just an aftermarket k&n filter and 4piston galfers in front, next thing is new suspensioncause the old one is already dead I dont really want to mess with the engine, I prefer mostly handling mods:)
