General Topics / Fuel Leak!

I have a fuel leak coming from somewhere above the gas tank on the driver’s side of the car.  I already replaced the flexible fuel hose that runs under the seat from the fuel pump to the steel fuel line under the car, and, unfortunately, it was not the culprit.  What is the most likely place the leak is coming from?  It only leaks when the car is running, which leads me to believe that the leak is somewhere in one of the fuel lines.  When it leaks, I can see gasoline standing on the top of the fuel tank through the round access panel under the back seat on the driver’s side, but I can’t tell where the leak is.

Is there any way to fix this without removing the gas tank?

I am planning on replacing the lower oil pan gasket and the valve cover gaskets soon and I am trying to put together a list of everything that I'll be needing.  Here is my list so far:
1. oil pan gasket
2. valve cover gasket
3. spark plug seal gaskets
4. silicone gasket sealant

Do I put the silicone gasket sealant on all of the gaskets?  Will I need to replace any of the bolts, or are they re-useable?  Should I use loc-tite or anything like that on the bolts when I replace them?  If so, what kind?  What is the tightening torque on the bolts?  I saw a value of 10Nm/89in-lb somewhere for the valve cover, will this work for the oil pan bolts too?

Sorry for all the questions.  I am doing this for the first time, and I want to make sure I get it right.

I just noticed this thread.  I would love help if needed.  That is something I've wanted to do for a while, but haven't gotten around to it yet. The only problem is that my M42 is currently assembled.  I use Solid Edge mostly at work, but I also have access to Solid Works and CATIA.
