Thanks for the info, I believe I have an airbag cruise control stalk from when I put the Mtech2 wheel on my 325is.

I have a '91 318i with an airbag, and I'm trying to find cruise control parts, or even just the part #'s I need to swap it in.

Nope, no respray. The paint isn't perfect, but it's damn good for a '91. My brillantrot 325is is definitely pinking if I don't keep it waxed really good.
You can see the front fender is repainted with dual stage, it's just a slightly brighter color than the pinked out rest of the car.
