Swaps, Turbos, Buildups / M44 crank in m42

Hi everyone, I need your help.
I have a 1992 e36 318is m42
i'm planning to do a 2 l high compression engine, with a m44 crank that i already have.
what rods do i need(length?).
what pistons can i use? s50b32 high compression pistons or m44 pistons but larger and forged?
