Engine + Driveline / E36 M42 RHD Exhaust Manifold Query

Hi Guys. My 1994 E36 M42 manifold has cracked badly. I have sourced a good pre owned manifold however it is off 1997 M44. Will it fit onto my 1994 M42? Any advice would be great.
