Interior / which headliner part number for post sunroof delete

I have just removed the sunroof from my 1990 is, and can't quite figure out which is the correct part number for a replacement, from the parts diagrams it would seem it is 51441959976 but then it lists the headliner cloth 51951959689 do I need both? any help will be very handy.
