Off-topic discussion / Any suggestions for High Bandwidth web hosting

First, I am looking for a hosting company that bills monthly.  I don't want to pay in advance and get stuck with a company.  

I came across chime host - http://www.chimehost.com but I can't seem to find many websites advertising them.  I see hostgator on comparison sites but they require yearly payment for the low price.

so what you guys think?

Hi all, I am new here.  Hope that I can gain more info by joining this forum.  I am not an expert but will try my best to help others and hopefully you guys can assist me too
