Exterior / Halo headlight questions

Hey everyone i just recently took off the headlight tints on my 318is today and first of all was wondering if anyone knew of a great product for cleaning and restoring headlights to a clean new look.

Also i have some sort of halo/angel eye lights put in my car (i just bought it and dont know much about lighting) However i want my lights to show only the two outside rings of the lights and they are now not very bright on the rings and the insides are on. Does anyone know if its possible to put brighter bulbs in and or have any idea how.

Engine + Driveline / Leaking water hose on rear of motor near firewall

I need a diagram or picture of this area of the car so i know what to take apart to  get to the hose. I'm not quite sure where the hose is leading to it's not the heating core it seems to be in the middle if the back of the motor near the firewall. it may be a hose leading to the water valve because i know theres 3 hoses leading to that

any help or insight is appreciated!
