Got it, and about 4 others that came in late last night.   I think everyone was waiting to see if they would get the extra 5% off and that threshold was only hit on Saturday.    Maybe I should extend the extra 5% a few more days since truly there was only one day when that was hit, and many people may have been away for the weekend.   I'll extend it till Friday midnight PDT.   And I'll start sending back refunds over the next few days.

Thanks to everyone who ordered.   It was surprising to see the 5 sales that came in last night, at the rate sales were trickling in, I had not expected it.
