How-To's / Engine failure due to pan gasket shift/bolt loss (e30 only)

I did mine today, four bolts in the pan. The others were in there pretty good though. I used some loctite and torqued them up.

Interior / Removing the Rear Deck/ Parcel Shelf

I have been trying to remove my rear deck, but have ran into a problem with the seat belts. How do I remove the plastic pieces the seat belts thread through on the top of the deck? Thanks

Engine + Driveline / Adjusting Cam Sprockets

I have been looking all over but I cannot find much info about this. I know the m42 has adjustable camshaft sprockets, but I haven't read much about people changing the settings. I would like to get a little more low end torque for daily driving the car, what would need to be done to do this? Would I make changes to the intake or exhaust cam? and would I advance or retard the cam position? By changing these do I run the risk of a valve coming into contact with the top of a piston?

Any info would be appreciated, thanks

Interior / E30 4 door vs 2 door rear seats

I need new rear seats for my 4 door e30, I know the bottom halfs are different between the 4 and 2 door, but what about the upper half? Thanks
