M42 Buyer's Guide / Need Help and Advice ASAP!

Hi Guys,
I will try to make this short. I wanted to build my e30 which had no engine or tranny, I was planning on a Sr20 conversion initially but them got offered a e36 with a m42 engine, 240 getrag box but naturally aspirated.
the engine is m42 engine out of a e36 318is with currently Compression of 215psi over all 4 cylinders. engine has the following:
Fully rebuilt bottom end
Forged rods
Wiseco forged pistons 11:1 comp
Glyco bearings
New oil pump
MLS head gasket from cometic
New Head studs
New valve seals
E46 m3 ITB's with custom intake plenum that is 3" (can be set up for forced induction)
630cc injectors (dont remember if bosch or siemens)
Exedy clutch mated to a extremely light 2.5kg chromoly flywheel only 200km old
Standard gearbox, nice and tight.
Now my question is this. if I purchase this car and wanted to mount the m42 in my e30 and turbocharge it, will I be able to do it considering that he is running 11:1 CR pistons!
I need to make a decision asap. please help.
also he has a set of willowood 4 piston brakes and coilovers on the e36, could they potentially fit on a e30? any complications you see in putting the running gear out of this e36 into a e30???
