Soon. :D Hopefully I'll finish polishing all of them in a week or two.

Sweet rims Vladi, just thinking you going to be running them on adapters????

My Mesh are now officially about to be taken apart. Reversed and polished up. Many hours ahead :( The hard work will be worth it though with the lip size ill be gaining :)

I think they will look much better on the E30 than they would have on the other car which they were originally bought for.... other plans for that now though :)

http://www.wheelfire.com Look at the tenzo's.

I just had a look at tenzo's as ive never heard of them before. Turns out there works reps too... or at least Tenzo project 7's are. Reps of the beautiful Works Emotion wheels.

Anyway back to recomendations

Ive recently been looking at these (see below) They are HTN RS design from a company Called HTN in Germany. Sexy sexy wheels, not just red centers come in choice.

Also check out Image wheels. custom made to order... Billit and Cast.

http://www.imagewheels.co.uk/   and just a look at there work \/

Both companies make super quality light weight wheels which is frankly what we need on the IS :) Although their super high quality come at a price :( but have fun looking.

Thanks guys :)

It is indeed diamant schwarz. i think it was just the sky reflecting making it look a little blue.

Ok been doing a little work today but not the sort of thing i wanted to. very very annoyed. Basically no one has been in the back of the car yet but i was giving it a quick hoover as dust gets every where (just done a few minor body repairs.
Noticed a small wet patch on the rear carpet. I thought this was strange as ive already had it up to inspect the floor and nothing and knew it couldnt get in anywhere else.
came to the conclusion that the previous seller has had a valeting company do a complete clean and it look like they have jet washed the carpet and not sucked the water out.

Its soaked, pools of water everywhere and sponge under carpet just completely filled.

Way too much water so ive just spent the day removing the whole interior to find i was right. so so so pissed off . 2 buckets of water drained from the car luckly its only been like that for a short period of time.
Ordered darker grey soft carpet to go as i may as well replace it now its all out but for now just a pissy day after sorting out some idiots mess.

No pictures to day a little too annoyed and just needed to get home lol.

Well ive this just over a couple of weeks now.  It was a long time coming looking at several before i decided this was the right one.
I looked at perfect bodied 318is that were totally abused mechanically and the other way around till i found this one.

Its done 130k miles and runs smoother and quieter than any other ive driven, with an interior that looks like its never been sat in. Mechanically it really is spot on, structually again so clean where it should be. Down side is the actualy body. Paint work is a let down and a few patches of rust but im happy with this as most weekends im at my friends body shop dealing with these problems anyway.

Just a quick picture more to come :) sorry its a phone pic...

My original intentions were to buy a fun car for the summer while my other project is going ahead. I've now had this car two weeks and i've totally fallen in love. My plans were to tidy the body and have some fun summer driving, those plans disappeared after about three days i blame you guys and this great forum :)

Basically im going to be bringing this back to factory condition or what i believe it should have been parts wise.

Engine work will take place whenwhen the car goes into the body shop for a total back to bare metal restoration, sound deadening removed, bare chasis then seam welded or more likely inch on inch off welds and some seam work for a little extra strength, metal then treated, primed and sprayed.

Spare engine to be rebuilt in the mean time. (ill add parts lists and prices when a get a full list together)

Other things like complete brake system over haul, fuel lines etc...

My biggest problem is that some summer fun just turned into a massive total ground up money munching build but i truly believe ill never let go of this car and hopefully pass it down through generations.

Oh and hi everybody, name is Adam :) hope i can start to contribute to this board in a positive way :) thanks for reading.

Oh and just about to start work on these ...... 15 inch  SSR's

Thats actually one wheel from each pair, 2 seperate pairs, two companies, but identical wheels.
Full split rims in which the bottom set is being flipped and hand/machine polished after i do the offset math as it will be around the -8 to -10 on the rear :D Anyway thats an idea in progress right now :)
Have a good day and thanks for reading.
