I have a gt25 from a nissan s13, it worked great with low cr pistons at 23psi but with oem pistons, 10:1 cr the turbo gets too hot even at low boost pressure and "non-aggressive" driving... I have blew the oil seals after a very short time... So i would recommend that you use perhaps a gt2860 as mentioned above

I ran my e30 318iS Mtech II with a 4.44 lsd from an e28 and an e36 gearbox. Top speed was 112mph with 7200rpm redline:) it was awesome to drive but got a bit tired when driving to one of norways racetracks 2.5hrs away from home:)

My e30 m42 turbo on stock internals (machined pistons to 9:1cr) is running 23psi just fine with remapped ecu and 440ccm injectors UP the boost

But your intake manifold seems nice! any chance you can make one more and ship it to norway ? I have the s50 itb setup but are struggeling to get a good plenum...

This is oe of my engines, it does NOT fit in an E30 with this manifold... the turbo comes too far down...

Bonjes engine (the one pictured) is a 2.0litre engine... The first setup gave 615whp on bioethanol and 1.6bar boost he is going to dyno it with the new setup soon...

I have a set of s50b30 itb's and a custom alloy intake coming soon. It costs me about 1100 eur complete with the custom intake plenum and a dbilas system costs about 1700eur in norway so i am satisfied:)

I think it will be a much better setup than with the standard intake manifold... I ran 1.6bar boost aswell and hoping to do that with my new engine to and hopefully put out 350whp on 99 octane... think it is possible, this car (http://www.pure-pf.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=18869&start=0) managed 334whp on 1.5bar boost and 95 octane

Both manifolds fit under e30 hood, but the e30 manifold is WAY better...

This is a half heater fan... a friend of mine tried this, and at 6000rpm in a 1.6 liter engine with 100bhp the vacuum from the inlet raised the rpms of the "leafblower"...
