Update: I have 12V from the top two pins.

so as far as i can understand your speedo is not working ?
did you try to remove the speed sensor in your diff , i had one in there that was broken ,
you can have problems with a bad ground in your cluster try to add contact spray on your plugs that connect with the cluster

i'm wanting to install a shift light indicator for my 318is ,
ive seen some ppl how build and sell these si lights ,
ive tryed to contact some no response can someone here help me with this mod ?

Engine + Driveline / e30 318IS power loss

hello everyone

im a proud owner of an e30 318is
a few days ago i have notice that i have some power loss after putting injection cleaner in the gas tank
the car ran great before a few day a go ive notice that he pick up the revs slower than before ive order a new fuel filter ,
ive already change the sparkplug also new oil filter and oli , new crank and cam sensor , some times my idle is bad only when the car is at
operation temp , then the revs start to jump , ive changed every vac tube and intake hose . ive also replace the Icv and cleand the afm

does some one got some tips or info to help me out ?

ive just want to lower the car a littel bit and have a stiffer subspention ,

hello ,

im looking for a coilover kit for my e30 , i donth minde to do some welding
ive alredy looked at some kit like D2 Racing , K-sports , Kw

im really interested in D2 racing  anyone have some experiance with this coilover kit ?
or is there what do you guys reccomend for subspention set up ?
any advice is welcome

Hello Guys ,

here is my story ,
ive had some problems with bad idle . ive changed the icv valve
changed the vac tubes under the intake and cleand the amf , still had some probs with bad idle
now yesterday the engine stalled , after starting the engine ive drove home at my home he stalled again
now i cannot start the engine the engine crancks but wont fire
ive got no fule and no spark , i was thinking about the cranck sensor what do you guys think ?
