Just though I would introduce myself.  My name is Scott and I am from michigan.  I am pretty new into bmws in general, and I just bought my first one.  It is a 91 318i, and unfortunatly is alot worse then I thought.  I have to run all new brake lines to the rear, put a new gas tank in it, and also patch the floors in it.  On the plus side it did seem like everything else was fine in it when I drove it home after a 3 hour drive.  But I only paid 900 for the car so if I have to dump a couple hundred into it its not to big of a deal.  I am fairly mechanically inclined, and have worked on quite a few different kinds of cars.  Im not picky when it comes to cars either...as evidernt by the other car i own, which are a 67 camaro and a 93 civic hatch (no rice here though!..haha)
Anyways though.  Just shouting out Hi to everyone one, and I really have enjoyed this site so far!!
