Engine + Driveline / Whaaaat? Rrreally?

I've been fighting this bump and sputter problem forever. If this wire thing fixes this very frustrating problem I'll be one happy camper.
By the way I'm new on the block. I have two BMW's, a 87 325 and a 91 318, both rag tops. I love um.

Engine + Driveline / 4.27 LSD Differential

yep, In fact mine is out and on the bench as we speak -so t speak. Mine whins ring and pinion problems, had been for a long time. I pulled it because it has been leaking. They're hard to find but I,ve found a couple--condition unknown--I'm looking into having mine rebuilt by a local guy.
